Delivery, Returns & Refund Statement

Deliveries

We use DHL or UPS for all delivery services. You should allow 2-3 working days for delivery of any orders within Germany and 3-5 working days for international deliveries. Although time for delivery is given as accurately as possible, it is not guaranteed. During busy periods, it is expected there will be delays in deliveries.

Please note, we do not currently offer next day delivery, but if you need an order sent quickly, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to despatch it sooner for you.

Returns & Refunds

You can return faulty items under the 10-year guarantee for repair or replacement after you have contacted us per email: squire-germany@henry-squire.co.uk

We will refund the cost of postage by bank transfer, this needs to be requested in a covering letter within the parcel.

Any other returns need also to be agreed in writing, I.e no longer required or unsuitable. Please email Squire-Germany@henry-squire.co.uk requesting to return, we can then guide next steps from here.

Once a return has been made, please allow 5-10 working days depending on who you bank with.
