Als Familienunternehmen stehen wir zu unserem Ruf für langanhaltende Robustheit und bieten eine persönliche 10-Jahres-Garantie von John Squire auf fast alle unsere Produkte. Egal, ob Sie ein Nebengebäude sichern, Ihr Fahrrad, Motorrad oder wertvolle Besitztümer schützen möchten – wir haben ein Squire-Schloss für Sie.

Die 10 Jahres-Garantie umfasst nachfolgende Punkte:

  • Zylinder defekt
  • Das Schloss lässt sich mit dem mitgelieferten Schlüssel weder auf- noch zuschließen
  • Das Schloss lässt sich nicht öffnen oder verriegeln trotz richtig eingegebener Zahlenkombination
  • Fehlfunktion des Schlosses aufgrund von Herstellungsfehlern

Eine Garantie ist ausgeschlossen in nachfolgenden Fällen:

  • Das Schloss wurde durch einen Aufbruchsversuch beschädigt (Schnitte an Bügel oder Kette, oder der Schlosskörper weist Aufbruchsspuren auf).
  • Das Schloss wurde nicht gemäß den Anweisungen geschmiert (einmal alle 2-3 Monate mit einem Silikon- oder PTFE-Schmiermittel).
  • Verwendung von Drittanbieter Schlüsseln – Originale Schlüsselrohlinge sind erforderlich, um die beste Leistung des Schlosses zu gewährleisten. Kopierte-Rohlinge können dazu führen, dass die Garantie erlischt.
  • Wir übernehmen keine Folgeschäden oder sonstige Kosten im Zusammenhang mit unseren Produkten.
